Refund Policy

Northfields Autoelectrics

1. Overview
Northfields Autoelectrics provides mobile auto electrical diagnostics, repairs, and installations. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Diagnostics Fees
All diagnostic charges are non-refundable. These fees cover time, expertise, and travel required to assess the issue.

3. Repairs & Services

  • If a repair is found to be faulty due to our workmanship within 30 days, we will:

    • Reassess and fix the issue at no additional labor cost, or

    • Offer a partial or full refund where appropriate

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Pre-existing issues not related to our work

    • Customer-supplied parts

    • Damage caused after service completion

4. Parts

  • Parts supplied by Northfields Autoelectrics may carry manufacturer warranties

  • Faulty parts will be replaced according to supplier terms

  • No refunds on correctly supplied and installed parts

5. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before appointment may incur a call-out fee

  • No-shows may be charged the full call-out fee

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method
